Pierre Vernay reserves the right to refuse any service that does not fall within the framework of his training, validated by certifications or in-person training certificates, which are kept updated on the website.

The different techniques offered and practiced have no medical purpose and are not equivalent to acts reserved for healthcare professions regulated by Swiss federal law on medical professions (LPmed RS 811.21) and cantonal regulations of Vaud. These techniques are considered complementary and in no way substitute for medical treatments reserved for licensed healthcare professionals. They serve as a personal development and well-being approach for anyone consulting.

Pierre Vernay’s use of the terms "energy treatments" and "consultations" is not intended in a medical sense but rather in a holistic and energetic framework, addressing the person’s well-being. His practice involves guiding individuals toward better alignment of their body and mind. The methods used may result in a sense of relaxation and improved well-being. However, these services are complementary and must not replace medical treatment. The provider always works in conjunction with traditional medicine and never encourages its substitution. He offers himself as a complementary support approach, working alongside healthcare professionals if desired, without contradicting their expertise or recommendations.

These general conditions of sale apply exclusively, superseding any other conditions, including those applicable to online sales or other distribution channels. The sale is considered concluded upon:

  • The registration for an initiation or deepening session (via phone, email, or website www.pierrevernay.com)

Any order or immediate purchase implies unconditional adherence to these terms, which take precedence over any other conditions unless expressly accepted by the seller. The buyer confirms having read these conditions on www.pierrevernay.com before booking a service.

Article 2 - Pre-contractual Information

  • The buyer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the contract conclusion date.

Article 8 - Liability

  • The provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by external factors, including force majeure as defined under Swiss federal law.

  • The provider does not assume liability for internet-related service interruptions.
