Wellbeing Expeditions

We believe true transformation begins in the wild. Immersed in nature’s raw beauty, people rediscover what it means to live intentionally, shaping behaviors, habits, and choices that extend far beyond their time with us.

Forget about tourism. This is an invitation to step away from distractions and reconnect with what truly matters. To engage with nature’s resilience and, in doing so, cultivate your own.

Our mission aligns with those who understand that preserving and perpetuating these principles is not just for today, but for the generations to come.

Together, we craft experiences that don’t just transform individuals — they shape a more conscious, sustainable future.

We don’t believe in clichés about “finding yourself” or vague ideas of transformation. That’s not what we’re here for. Life is complex, and real renewal doesn’t happen overnight. It requires the right conditions—a space where your body and mind can recalibrate, reset, and thrive.

Meet your guide

The weight of stress, burnout, and trauma is something I’ve seen up close. After seven years as an Advanced Paramedic in Geneva, navigating emergencies that tested the physical, mental, and emotional limits of both myself and others, I came to a clear conclusion that stress needs to be tackled differently.

Nature became my answer.

To fully recover from stress, sustain performance without burning out, and feel real transformation, you need more than just time off, you need the right context, the right tools, and the right environment. This way, we access a depth of strength and clarity we never imagined possible.

Imagine standing at the edge of a mountain ridge, your breath steady as the wind moves around you. Or diving into open waters, the northern lights dancing above you. These are more than adventures, they shape you, challenge you, and transform you.

Join me and feel it yourself, you won’t regret it.

Pierre, Founder of Vernay.

We’ll provide the tools, the context, and the space.

The rest? That’s your journey to craft.
